Tim has more than 35 years of experience in programming and architectural design. For the past five years, he has served as an outsourced professional permit review consultant for code compliance for the City of Chicago.

Since 2003, he has managed the outsourced permit review program and has reviewed over 400 projects for various medium-to-large complex public and private projects located throughout Chicago, including new construction projects as well as renovations and additions.
