[ Concordia University Chicago : Master Plan ]

Holabird & Root created a comprehensive master plan that addresses the University's campus-wide renovation and construction goals for the next 25 years. The Master Plan establishes several objectives: determine directions for academic growth in conjunction with the University's Strategic Plan, strengthen the image of the campus and create a more cohesive appearance of exterior and interior spaces, improve “quality of life” amenities for students, enhance the quality of the outdoor spaces, and assess growth and adaptive reuse of existing facilities.
