Westmoreland Country Club sought to provide a new and expanded interior and exterior member experience, while integrating new construction with its historic façade.  The Holabird & Root team collaborated with the 100-plus-year-old Club to design + implement the following improvements:

• 12,000-square-foot facility renovation and expansion.

• Integrated new west grille dining room addition within historic façade.

• New and expanded kitchen.

• East grille dining room, upper lounge, lower lounge, and bar renovation.

• Code compliance upgrades.

• Outdoor dining terrace renovation.
