The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) required a downsizing from their 22,000 SF headquarters to a 9,000 SF new office. HFMA hired Holabird & Root to provide programming and design services in this major shift in delivering their association work. The new workspace was to facilitate a majority work-from-home staff that still had a periodic meeting space at a central headquarters location.

Holabird & Root delivered a design revolving around a central collaborative meeting and break space with private conference rooms, offices, and an open office layout. HFMA’s blue and orange company colors play a role in spatial definition and landmarking office functions.
